Double Chocolate Chunk Protein Bar

These are a can't miss for those with a sweet tooth but looking for a healthier option - Vegan, Gluten Free, and oil free.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chickpeas - rinsed and drained 
  • 1 cup of STOKE Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder - we recommend Nuzest or OWYN
  • 4-5 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • Chocolate chunks 

Steps:

  1. Blend all ingredients using a food procesor
  2. Press into a lined loaf pan
  3. Place in freezer for about an hour or so
  4. Remove bars, cut, and serve
  5. Store in fridge or freezer
