Apple Walnut is my favorite Stoke fuel. It has just enough sweetness that counters well with a taste of salt. I enjoy a couple of Tablespoons after exercise. I also welcome it as a snack when I crave nuts and something sweet at night. It is not too filling and offers a healthy blend of ingredients.

I received the product, and unfortunately it was damaged, and the majority of it leaked all over the shipping packaging. But! I reached out to ask for a discount on a replacement, or a full replacement, and wow, not only was the response time fast, the problem was rectified beyond my expectations.

While the product was damaged, it looked so enticing that I just had to give it a tiny try, and it was delicious! I exhibited some self control and didn't indulge in any more than the tiny sample, but I wanted to!

I highly recommend the product and this company!
