      Great nutrient dense food to support breastfeeding

      As a breastfeeding parent, I’ve been looking for nutritious options to help keep my supply up and my body running during these first few grueling weeks of parenting. This dark chocolate hazelnut spread is such a great alternative to peanut butter! I put it on a waffle and it makes an amazingly delicious midnight snack! Plus, my 3 year old also loves it! We’ve had so many fewer afternoon temper tantrums when she has extra protein at snack time. I don’t feel guilty about giving her this as a great low sugar, high protein snack!

      I really like this product though it is a little salter than I expected. I do like it, though I wish it was sold in a bigger container. I'm almost out already!
