    I have finally found a perfect combination of nuts and nutrients that I can fuel with any time of the day! I especially enjoy a tablespoon or two of the Cinnamon Pecan flavor right after exercise that will boost me right away. I also enjoy on toast or a snack. I have recommended this to friends and athletes I coach. As a 66 year old active female, I am delighted that I discovered Stoke when watching an elite road runner enjoying it on his UTube show.
