Ingredients:
- 1 cup of chickpeas - rinsed and drained
- 1 cup of STOKE Dark Chocolate
- 1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder - we recommend Nuzest or OWYN
- 4-5 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- Chocolate chunks
Steps:
- Blend all ingredients using a food procesor
- Press into a lined loaf pan
- Place in freezer for about an hour or so
- Remove bars, cut, and serve
- Store in fridge or freezer
