Delicious 6 clean ingredient, peanut free muffins to start your day fueled and ready to go. Recipe below:

3 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup vegan protein powder- we suggest OWYN 

1/4 cup cacao powder

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp baking powder

2 smashed bananas

2.5 cups of milk of choice

Mix together ingredients (use blender or mixer), fill greased muffin tin halfway with mix, top with 1 tbsp-ish of STOKE elite nut & seed butter, and fill again with mix to top it off!

Add some dark chocolate chips on top for a little extra sweetness. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees and enjoy!
